How to make a Fencha latte

We love Fencha because it’s a versatile product. While with our friend Erin a few weeks ago, we got a great response to drinking Fencha as a cold shot, a hot cuppa and as an energy boost for orange juice – as well as the espresso-style shot we feature in our introduction video. Flagging a bit on a Friday afternoon, we wondered if Fencha would work well as a latte – and it really does! In the above picture we took after a fast prep that took around two minutes (without the use of a milk frother), we reckon it looks like a latte and is on a similar taste scale as well – a bit of a surprise if you’re used to the strong hit from the shot.
